How much could I sell my Iphone 3gs for?

How much, most and least, could I sell my current phone, white Iphone 3gs for? And is there any recommended places I could? It is in very could condition and works fine, but I'm just saving up for a new phone. If there's any places you could recommend for trading them in for new phones that would be great too.

One other thing on eBay to consider is that unlocked phones tend to bring a higher price than those locked to a network provider.
