How much do those monthly plans for those iphones cost?

No he doesn't have my Pin, but I haven't seen my card in a few days and with that large transaction that leads me to believe it is stolen. I know ATM take pictures/have cameras. So I'm just wondering if he would get in trouble for being next to me while I'm withdrawing money? And would they send me pictures as well?
