I have had an iPhone 4 for a year now, and when I got it, I upgraded from the 3GS for only 1 cent. The 4s would of cost $99 and I was being cheap.anyways, my warranty is up and my phone is an absolute piece of crap. It constantly isn't working right.

You can take it to a near apple retail store and they will give you a knew one. Also if you cancel your phone your phones esn will be affected and will be added to the black list and you won't be able to use it anymore with other carriers
Early Termination is $350, minus $10 for each month you already paid.
So for you, if you've had it for a whole year, would be $230 to cancel.
