How much does the apple store charge to unlock a iphone 3gs in the uk?
I don't won't to jail break it or do it myself i want to go somewhere and do it so then if it goes wonge its probaly there fualt also how much does the carphone warhouse charge and if it matters i found the phone and nobody claimed for it so i don't have a clue where it came from
Apple does NOT unlock iPhones that are locked to a carrier.
The only way to get the "factory (IMEI) unlock" you desire, is to ask the carrier/provider the phone is locked to.
Most providers will perform an IMEI unlock for around 30-50 quid - provided that the contract is up and the phone is no longer being subsidized by the provider.
There are an assload of internet sites offering IMEI unlock codes, but more of them are scams than legit, so I would not recommend using their services.
