Not worth any more than any other iPhone. There are websites you can find the Android and iPhone version of Flappy Bird to install on your phone. And even more where you can play it online.
So you are not going to ride the wave of finding some idiot willing to pay you extra for a game on a phone, anymore than you are going to get rich selling your pet rock from 1975.
As much value as the iPhone has now. Flappy Bird wouldn't add anything (no, not the bad decisions on the eBay over-valuing of it)
