How much is it to fix a broken camera on iPhone 4?

I'm jw because someone is selling one on craigslist for $180 but the camera is broken. How much would it be to fix it and what would be an appropriate price to ask for him to go down to? I've seen them on craigslist go as low as $150 in perfect condition

  • Which camera is better: An old General Imaging x500 Digital Camera or an iPhone 7 front camera? It looks like an iPhone only offers 7 MP while this camera boasts 16 MP but this camera is so old and looks worse at least on its own screen. I'm confused
  • When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.

When using anything that uses my front camera it freezes and my camera refuses to work this is all after I updated iOS 8 i have done some things that fixed it but the problem returned again I just want to know if there's anything I can do before taking it to an Apple Store.
