How much percent would 2800 mAh fill up my iphone 4?

I'm looking to buy a power bank and it says it has 2800 mAh how much charge would that give me and how many charges could I get out of one, using the iphone 4?

Simple math.
The iPhone 4 has a 1420mAh battery. 2800mAh is about double that. Therefore you would get about 2 charges out of it.
So in theory the power bank hold 200% (technically 197.1%) battery charge. Keep in mind that the state of your iPhone battery may affect the capacity or longevity of the charge.
