How much should I sell an iPhone 5s for?

I have a 16GB, space grey, iPhone 5s that I just brought about a year and a half ago. I have a new phone now and don't use it, I originally brought it for $500 and it's still in really good condition (No scratches, no cracks, no water damage, all buttons work, sound works, cameras both work and I have never actually dropped it and I never needed to get it any repairs done) so what would be a reasonable price to sell it for?

If we go by the average buying price that websites will pay for the phone, which is around $60, we can estimate the selling price. I think $150 to $200 would be the price range as the other person said. Usually the sites trying to resell the phone want 2 to 3 times the amount they paid for it, much like a pawn shop.

Is it unlocked? A quick search on Amazon shows an unlocked refurbished 5S for $179. I would expect a carrier-locked device to sell for less than that by at least a little. $175 would be a fair asking price to start but you probably want to be a bit flexible.
