How much will it cost for the iPhone 5?
So I have the pantech swift and I'm a year into my contract. I want to get the iPhone 5. But how much will the upgrade fee cost? I need to know so I know how much money I need to save. (My phone is dumb so that's also why I want the iPhone 5)
You can't end your contract, because its a CONTRACT. If you have the 2 year contract, you need 1 more year to go, sorry. And try won't let you change your phone, even if you offer them a lot of money.
Alright, Madison is way off. At least for the big carriers. I'm with AT&T and you can cancel your two year contract for about $250. Which to me, isn't worth it. The iPhone 5 is around $800 without a contract, too. Then even with an upgrade discount, you're spending at least $200 without taxes. So you're putting down at least $500 to cancel your contract then get the cheapest iPhone 5 there's. So I'd just wait it out, plus, by the time you can upgrade, the iPhone 6 will be on it's way and the 5S will be out =]
- Why do some iPhones cost $200 and some cost $900? Is there like data forever or something on these jacked up price or are you literally buying a $900 iPhone when you can only use it for Wi-Fi? And why does it cost so much less when you get it with a service plan like AT&T?
