How much would an iPhone 6s with no data cost?

I can't find any straight answers on the Apple site or anything. I'm from Manitoba Canada so I'd be going with a no data plan from bell MTS and I don't know if the gb would Effect the plan, but I'd want to get an iPhone 6s with 32- 128 gb. Does anyone know how much this would cost?

If you go to Apple's website, it specifically says that the iPhone 6S 32Gb costs $769.00 CAD and $899 CAD for the 128Gb model.

When you buy it from Apple, it doesn't have any carrier and is unlocked so you simply put in Bell's SIM card. However, from my understanding in order to use a smartphone on most carriers, you have to have a data plan. I'm not sure if it's the same for Canadian carriers.

The carrier (Bell MTS or whoever) won't sell you the phone without a data plan, or if they do then you're paying full price for a phone that's still locked to that carrier. Buying the phone from Apple gets around that (and Master gave the prices), but it costs more up front since the phone isn't being subsidised by the carrier. You also better make very sure that cellular data is turned off as data rates without a plan are hideously expensive should you accidentally use any.

You'd most probably have to buy the phone outright & then (if it is allowed) but the phone on that plan.

I know in the US a smartphone like the iPhone would have to include a data plan regardless if the user wants it or not. I'd imagine it would be something similar in Canada.
