How much would the bill be for an Iphone 4 and/or 4S for sprint?

I currently have Metro PCS and I want to upgrade. So i'm looking to see what the bill is, a rough estimate if you will, to see if I will be able to afford it?

How many lines are you talking about here?

As both the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S are smartphones, the monthly plan would be the same price, however the upfront cost will be different, as the iPhone 4 is an earlier model, and hence in lower demand.

A single line with 450 anytime minutes, unlimited data (while on Sprint's network), and unlimited text (again while on Sprint's network) is $80 per month, not including taxes or things like cell phone insurance.

Two lines with 1500 anytime minutes, unlimited data (while on Sprint's network), and unlimited text (again while on Sprint's network) is $150 per month, not including taxes or things like cell phone insurance, with additional smartphones (up to five lines total) are $30 each per month additional.

It is worth mentioning that Sprint does have limits as to how much you can roam.

In particular, Sprint has a low threshold for data roaming of 300MB. If you habitually exceed 300MB while roaming, your phone will be turned off and you account terminated.

They also have a limit of 800 minutes roaming, that if you habitually exceed that, again Sprint will terminate your account.

It is also worth mentioning that taxes can increase a cell phone bill by a bit. It is impossible to give an exact estimate because of differences in how localities levy cell phone taxes.

A range for a single line smartphone with taxes would be in the $85-105 per month, two lines between $170-190. (Additional lines of course is more for taxes)

Don't worry, unless you all of a sudden go from little to no roaming to gigabytes roaming, Sprint will give you several warnings before they terminate.
