How Should i export video in Adobe Premiere pro?
I'm exporting a reverse video, recorded in 1080 from a iphone 5, what setting should i export it in? Wanting to post on facebook
You should always export your videos in Premiere Pro in a lossless format (either AVI on the PC, or Quicktime on the Mac).
This will give you a video that contains every single frame rendered in full resolution. It's also a file that is going to be useless on your computer, since your computer won't be able to play it back without stuttering. But, you can use Adobe Media Encoder to convert it to a useable format.
The reason you want to export your videos that way is so that if you ever need to edit them again, you'll have the highest possible quality file available to edit.
