How to accept other peoples opinions?

I find it impossible to accept other peoples view on the world, some reason i hate apple products when people say iphones are better than any other phone it makes me mad xD it also really annoys me when people try to force their religion on me like "jesus loves you" my friend also said women should have no rights in the world, most people would agree this is wrong but i still can't let it go

Everyone lives in their personal reality and sometimes it's hard to accept when differing realities clash. Just acknowledge and respect a differing opinion, the only way to be in harmony is to accept even the things you do agree with, unless it involves inflicting harm. It's the uniqueness of each individuals mind that makes this world a good and bad place, the bad comes from the rejection of different opinions and the good comes from the acceptance of it.

Try to view things from their perspective. Then maybe you can connect your opinions with theirs and come to the best solution. And for religious people, everyone chooses what to believe but that doesn't mean that they have to force others to do so (believe me, I know what you mean). Women should have rights in the world, we're all human, no one chooses to be a woman or a man.
