How to activate my old iphone 4 without a sim card? Ok, so I have an old iphone 4 i want to use as an ipod basically because i have a new iphone. My old sim card is in my new phone and i don't have a sim for my old iphone. I want to just load all of my music onto my old iphone 4 and use it as an ipod but when I try to reset it to factory settings so i can sync it with my itunes library, it says can't activate without sim card. I don't want to use it like a phone, just as an ipod. How do I do that?
