How to activate iphone 5S if I forgot to turn off old iPhone?

I recently got an iPhone 5S, and activated it last night, or so I thought. I forgot to turn off my old iPhone 4 before I turned on my new one. Now, my 3G won't work and every time I turn my phone on it says it's not activated. What do I do?
