How to add a new reminder on iPhone?

Ok well I updated my iPhone and now I don't know how to add a new reminder:/ please help

Go to your clock on your desktop of you iPhone. To set a time you want to be alerted

Open up your clock and select the time you want to be alerted. Or you can go to your calendar and select when and what time and how often you want to be reminded

  • Reminder on home screen app? Is there an app that I could download for my iPhone 4s, that I can see on my lock screen for as soon as I wake up so I can leave myself reminders?
  • Reminder apps. On start up of computer? Due to a brain injury I have severe short term memory loss. I'm looking for an app that will pop up a to do list when I turn on my computer. Preferably dated so I can fill in items on a "need by" status. Something that would not be to confusing, (another little side affect of the injury)
  • Need to add new songs to iphone without deleting old songs So my old computer crashed and with that i lost all my music that was downloaded to itunes, so i only have those songs saved to my iphone now i just spent $25 on my computer downloading music, but when i went to download it onto my phone it said it didn't match up with this computer and that in order to sync new songs it would delete my entire music library on my phone! I really don't want to lose all my music but i also want my new songs on my phone!
  • IPhone Cancelling Reminder Alarms? I have an iPhone 4S with iOS7. Whenever I try to create an alarm for a reminder, no sooner do I set up the alarm, the iPhone will cancel the alarm. It will keep the reminder within the list, but it will cancel the alarm. I've tried multiple times restarting my phone, but to no avail. Has anyone had this problem before? Solutions?
