How to add music to my IPhone 4S?
I have my IPhone synced with my computer via Itunes, and I want to add the music on my computer to my IPhone 4S. How do I do this?

Click and drag music from where ever it is saved from to itunes and then itunes will do the job for you
What you do is you out music into itunes. Once you have that you should plug in your iphone 4s. It will ask you if you want to sync. If not click your iphone that shows up on the left side bar and you should see an option called sync. If you you have itunes 11 your phone should show up at the the top right bar where you devices are then it will bring you to a mnu where yo can hit sync. This will do it. You can also store videos in itunes too. You can always bring back the sidebar by clicking view than show sidebar.

In iTunes, set the iPhone to be manually managed for music and video, then drag the music files from wherever they are onto the iPhone tab on sidebar. You can bring up sidebar by hitting CTRL S.
Some idiots think that manual management doesn;t work on the new iOS or iTunes 11 - they're obviously wrong. I've put music and video on my spouse's iPhone 5 this way.
