How to add my music from my pc to my iphone 4c?
The music I'm trying to add is from free downloads sites online but I'm confused about how to do it on iTunes
Add it to an Itunes list in the computer, next synchronize it with your Iphone.
After you download the music from website to your computer, you can drag and drop the music into your iTunes library, sync your iPhone with iTunes, the music will be transferred to your iPhone. If iTunes not worked, you can use a 3rd party software like this iOS file manager to upload the music to your iPhone, it worked fairly well for me.
