How to adjust how long my backlight on my iPhone stays on while in an app?

I can't watch YouTube on my phone now because every minute or so the screen automatically turns off. Please answer if I can fix this in the settings and where in there, or if it's a problem with the YouTube app itself.

You could just make sure you touch the screen every so often. Alternatively, you can also go to Settings > General > Auto-Lock. Change it to whatever time you want. As far as I know, you can't change the auto-lock time for a given app, just the iPhone itself. Just keep in mind that if you turn off the auto-lock that if you forget to lock your phone, the screen will remain on until you lock it or the battery runs out.

I have the app squareready, but it just expands the picture and leaves white sides. I prefer for the image to fit the actual square of instagram. Is there an app that will do that? It will reduce the images size to fit the dimensions of instagram? I'm just curious. It would make uploading and taking decent pictures a lot easier.
  • Iphone app stays half visible on screen after closed? I noticed that my iphone 6 ios 8.3 has the an app that has been used previously still visible on the screen like half visible. I tried to restart my phone seceral times but it's still there. What can i do to fix this problem?
