How to allow Facebook to access photos on iPhone?

I have an iPhone 4s and was about to load a photo up to Facebook when something came up saying that Facebook needs to access my photos… I accidentally hit no thanks, and now every time I try and upload a photo I get a screen that says 'this app does not have access to your photos and videos, you can enable access in privacy settings'

I just can't find where on the iPhone/Facebook I'm meant to do this.

I think it's something with the new iOS where sites have to have permission. Go to 'Settings' on the home screen of your phone, then 'Privacy' then 'Photo's' and click 'on' for Facebook:-)

Just had the same problem & solved it by going to the Settings on my iPhone, then to Photos and then turning on the Facebook request to access my photos.
Hope that helps!

Settings - Privacy - Photos turn on facebook

Go to Settings on your IPhone:

Settings>Privacy>Photos>Facebook "On"

There's nothing there "settings>privacy>nothing" -.

  • Will a VPN on a Iphone allow you to go on facebook on China? The VPN i use is this www.freecanadavpn.com. It sets up and works and has the VPN sign on the top. But if i travelled to china would it allow me to go on Facebook, youtube… On the iphone connecting to a local Wi-Fi network? When i connect it doesn't tell me to like select a different location or IP address. So i'm not sure if this just works as a hotspot shield or if it actually allows you to go on facebook in china.

  • How to allow twitter to access my photos? I recently updated to IOS 6 and the next time I tried to upload a photo twitter asked if it was allowed to access my photos I accidentally clicked no and now whenever I try to upload a photo the message comes up telling me to update my privacy settings so that twitter can access my photos. I have been through my privacy settings and I can't seem to find anything that solves the problem? Any ideas?
