How to avctivate Verizon Prepaid data packages?

I have the Verizon iPhone 4, I'm using the $45 a month prepaid plan where you get unlimited calling and text and 500 mb of data. In order to add more data you have to purchase a data package, so I bought one for $10 to add gig and when I ran out of the initial 500mb my 3g stopped working. I then bought another $10; 1 gig package, and my 3g still does not work. When I log into MyVerizon account it shows that I have the 2 data packages purchased and added to my phone, but my 3g still does not work, Any suggestions?

if not, call Verizon… There was a provisioning error on your account when you bought the packages. They will have to manually set it up

  • What's a prepaid phone? Can IPhones be prepaid? I'm going to buy an IPhone 4 from my friend and i'm wondering if it can be prepaid? If so do I need anything like a sim chip? & It's not on contract… Or could I just go on a plan without being on a contract?
  • Multiple packages from different sellers from Amazon? I recently got an iPhone, so I ordered some cases and screen protectors from Amazon. Each thing all came from different sellers. Two of the orders are from USPS on different dates, so I should be fine there. The rest of the 5 packages are going to be delivered by Fedex Smartpost around the same dates.So, I was wondering, will they just give me all those packages at once when they deliver them if they all are able to be delivered on the same day?
  • IPhone without data packages? I used to have an iPhone but my mom took me off of it and got me a go phone instead. She won't pay for a data package so I was wondering if I could put the sims card from the go phone in my old iPhone an not have a data package. Maybe if I turn off cellular data? I plan on using it for calling and texting and using Wi-Fi when I need to get on the internet. Is this possible?
