How to back up these pictures before a restore?

I want to restore my iPhone 5, because its way too cluttered. I have about 15-30 pictures that i really don't want to remove. I tried Dropbox, but i'm on terrible Wi-Fi, and it takes about 5-10 mins to upload one picture, And i have around 3, 000, so. Any solutions?

yes it's still uploading but I've found Dropbox to be restricted on bandwidth for uploading (very slow)

My iPhone 5s keeps saying I don't have enough storage but I've deleted so much I have a total of only 3 apps I downloaded and 130 pictures. My apps keep force closing so I've decided I should just back up and restore my phone on iTunes but will my texts come back? I've deleted most of my texts too there's just some I want to still have

  • What app is used to edit these pictures? Http://instagram.com/helloitshorse This girl edits some really cool pictures. They are the ones that have the kind of see through text over them… If that doesn't make sense you will probably know what I mean when you see the photos. I was wondering what app she used to edit these. I'm assuming it's for iPhone.
  • Restore new iphone from backup before working sim? I just got the 5s and had a 4 beforehand, i'm waiting for a call on my old phone to have my sim and number transferred to the new phone - in the mean time can i do the restore old backup from my iphone 4 to the 5s or do i have to wait until i get the sim up and running? also is it ok to backup? I've read mixed replies - some saying that because its a new phone set it up as a new device don't backup. Some say its ok. I don't want to lose any of my messages, pics etc
