How to block someone from calling me on my iphone 4s?
Is there a way without having to download an application? Maybe somewhere in settings?

Most carriers should be able to block numbers. Just check their website.
You can sign up for Smart Limits from AT&T or if you have Verizon you can use Usage Controls. Both let you block numbers
