How to block unknown caller on iPhone 6?
I keep on get a phone call from a person that says unknown. I go to the number click on the i symbol and there's nothing there. No number, no text message option and no block contact section. Don't know why the person calls me again and again.
Its not a person is a computer programmed to call constantly till you answer, if you answer then they know someone is at the number, then they sell your number to solicitors. So just keep ignoring it, someday it will go away. You can't Its unknown so you can't, but why does it matter because I never answer a call from an unknown caller anyways. Download a good phone number blocking app, then block all "unknown" calls. I have one on my Android, so there must be many to chose from for the iPhone. Try adding your number to the National Do Not Call Registry. Or change your cellphone #. But you have to call your carrier.

- When you Block Caller on iPhone, does it completely block them or do they show up as Unknown? I routinely "Block Caller" telemarketers, so does using the iPhone "Block Caller" option block all calls, or will the calls still come through and just show up as "Unknown"? I've received a lot of "Unknown" phone calls lately, so that's what I was attributing it to.
- What's the difference between an 'unkown' caller and 'no caller ID'? This unknown number keeps ringing me, and i thought if someone blocked their numbers (on iphones) it comes up as no caller ID so i'm not sure if it is still a blocked number or a number that can't come trhough. But when i answer nobody speaks and they've rang one of my friends so its not a scam phone call also they don't speak at all so if it was a company of some sort they must of spoken so its probably a prank call but i wanna know the difference to make sure.
- Unknown caller keeps calling? Me and my friend were prank calling In N Out and McDonalds but we didn't talk, we just made random funny noises and hung up. A couple minutes later I get a call titled "Unknown." I didn't answer. Yet all night that person tried calling me. Any advice? Am I in trouble? I'm using an iPhone 5 with iOS 7.

I have 3 of my contacts blocked on my iphone 4s i0s7 and when i first blocked the first 2 i kept reciving Unknown calls, Now today 4 weeks after blocking the third contact i receive a unknown call and when i pick up the phone line is dead then they hang up. Are these calls coming from the blocked contacts or just something else?
