I wanted to buy the iPhone 4S for my boyfriend as a birthday gift! We're on two different plans! If I go downto the AT&T store will they let me buy just the iPHONE 4s & let him set it up later? He's long over due for an upgrade too!

Since I live in Cardiff and I changed my phone company (I was in Italy before) and I choosed Three mobile, I have really bad battery duration if I use 3G, I can't even use my phone without Wi-Fi 'cause it pass from 30% to 8% in five second of using.
