How to change the Apple ID on my iCloud Account?
I changed the Apple ID I use on my iPhone, but my iCloud is still the same. When I go in to settings and press "delete account," it prompts me to enter the nonexistent password to my old Apple ID.

You can't. Only way is if you reset whole iPhone
What you need to do is go to settings, after settings you need to go to account then two things pop out view account and log out you want to log out on the I cloud and apple Id (the one for games) once that's done you log in with the same account on icloud then log into the other account or you just can have 2 different accounts;).
If you changed the primary on your apple id it is the same password. If you created a new id just put in your old password. Delete account does not delete… Only signs you out. It still exists.
