How to change the restrictions passcode on my iPhone?

My facetime some how got put under restrictions and as you can see on the pic I have tried alot of times to figure out the restrictions passcode. I don't want to keep trying because i'm afraid i'm going to lock my phone or something

basically. Is there a way you can reset the passcode on your own? Or Do I have to let Sprint do it?

It says "20 failed passcode attempts" and "Try again in 5.839,495 minutes" Help HOW DO I GET AROUND THIS *5,839,495 not 5.8 minutes also it won't let me erase all from the phone because it says I need to input the restrictions password, so I honestly don't know what to do
