How to check iPhone is factory locked or unlocked?

I have to buy an iPhone i don't know how to check it is locked or unlocked please answer me

You can just use a different network SIM card and see if it works. If you want be sure or find out to what carrier your iPhone is locked exactly, it is possible with to use the Carrier check service.
