How to claim starbucks reward benefits?

If I have free syrups or a free refill or something, do I need to mention that when I order my drink? Or when I pay using the iPhone App, does it automatically factor that into the price?

The rewards will be AUTOMATICALLY taken off once you hand your gold card or use the app.

However, starting October 16, syrups will no longer be free Coffee & tea refills will still continue, though. Due to customer request and whatnot, there will be different types of rewards. Instead of a "sweet 15", after 12 transactions or stars you are able to redeem a free beverage OR free FOOD ITEM. The post cards will no longer be sent to your address but will now be automatically shown on your card/app, so you will tell the barista when you want to redeem your free item

  • Why can't I sign int my starbucks app? Okay so I tried entering in my starbucks account and it says "Error verify the date time and timezone for this are correct" Nothing is popping up for me to verify and I'm clueless as to what to do. Would there be any way if she can use the same card as well? I saw on passbook that I can send it to her in a message and she can "add" it to her passbook. Would she be able to use it without any issue at the store since it's under my name? All answers will help thank you
  • Starbucks card/ Starbucks app? I have a rejistered starbucks card. I now have recently got an iPhone and wanted to add my card onto there. Each time i try and add it on the starbucks app it keeps thinking i want to 'reregister' the card. Does anyone know how to just simply add the card you using onto the app?
  • Should I ask for a reward for finding a purse? I found a bag that had a iPhone 5s, a surface pro computer, and some cash. On the computer it has a number to contact if found however I wanted to ask for a reward in exchange. My friend will give me $500 for the phone and computer, and I have already spent the money that was in there. So is it unreasonable to ask for a $500 reward? Technically it's mines now anyway, so how much of a reward would you ask for?
