How to clear all the usage on my iPhone?

I deleted everything from my phone! And I still have 4 GB of "other" but I noticed when I look in my usage it say 300kb in pictures but I have no pictures how do I clear that or get rid if "other" I seriously need help!

Did you delete everything manually? If not, that's why you have stuff left over. You can use iTunes or your phone to do a factory data reset. That should take wipe everything off your device.

  • Under settings on my iPhone, does the data usage include Wi-Fi usage? Because its stating a ridiculous amount and I've had my data off… And my Wi-Fi on. Does the total of data include the amount of Internet I'm using when on Wi-Fi? I'm so confused
  • Turning off all cellular usage on iPhone 5? I live in Canada. Tomorrow, I'm going over across to the USA. I wanna bring my phone with me but I'm on a contract with Virgin Mobile and I absolutely do not want additional international fees for anything. Is there a way to turn off everything, including texting/calling? I know about the "cellular data off" setting but that seems to only disable internet access and everything that requires it, not texting/calling. I'd basically want my phone to become like an iPod?

  • IPhone: settings cell usage vs AT&T's data usage number? AT&T has a number, by calling it will send you a text message telling you how much usage you have used on your data. But also in the iPhone there's a cellular usage count in the settings app which also tells how much data you have used. Both of my cellular usage counts are different. Which is right?
