How to connect bluetooth on Alpine CDA-9885 radio?
I have the Alpine CDA-9885 setup in my car. I was wondering how to setup the bluetooth so I can play music from my phone? I have an iPhone. There's a bluetooth option on it, but I can't figure it out and the radio won't show up on the list of bluetooth's to connect to in my settings.
That head unit requires an "optional" adapter (KCE-400BT) and connection cable (KWE-460E) in order for the Bluetooth to function.
- Will an iPhone 5 with iOS 7 work on an Alpine iDA-X305S head unit? I own an Alpine iDA-X305S head unit which is iPod/iPhone compatible, it allows me to control the music (and Pandora internet radio) from the unit. I'm looking forward to upgrade my iPhone with iOS7, but I would like to know if there's some kind of compatibility issue with the head unit and this new OS. Since the unit doesn't have a CD playback, losing compatibility with the head unit would practically leave me with FM and USB flash drive capabilities in my car.
- Told my iPhone to forget a device on Bluetooth radio? I have a radio like boom box thing almost. It's small and it's Bluetooth. I told my iPhone to forget that device on accident and I'm having a party tonight and need it. I don't know how to get it back. The radio just sits there I can't like turn Bluetooth on that, or at least don't know how.
- Syncing IPhone 4S Bluetooth with 2006 Prius Bluetooth? I just purchased an IPhone 4S and it will not sync with the bluetooth on my 2006 Prius. I have been to my Toyota Dealer who sent me back to Verizon store who said reinstall software on phone, which I did No luck. Any suggestions?
- Is it possible to pair a Bluetooth dongle with two Bluetooth devices at one time? I have two sofas with inbuilt Bluetooth and iPhone docks. It's possible to pair a phone to one sofa at a time and play music via Bluetooth. If I bought a Bluetooth dongle for my television, would it pair to just one sofa? Or is there a way to pair it to both without having wires running across the room?
