How to connect iphone 5s to tv?
I have brought a lightning connector - 30 pin adaptor and a 30 pin av adaptor to try and connect my iphone 5s to my tv. When i plug the adaptor in the sound stops coming out my phone but i'm not getting sound or video coming through on my tv. Anyone got any ideas?
Not sure why or how you are using a 30-pin adapter when the 5s uses the lighting adapter. You need the lightning AV adapter http://www.amazon.com/...009WHV3BM/

If your conmecting your phone to stream videos or apps like Netflix there's a better way to do so…
since you have and iPhone my advice is to buy Apple TV that will give you apps like Netflix YouTube and thousands of other video streaming apps. Also you could stream your downloaded videos, music or photos you have on your phone to go TV with no wires using Apple's airplay technology.
