How to convert MP4 Podcasts to MP3?

I'm subscribed to the Hardwell On Air podcast that is a music podcast released every Friday. I wanted to store these podcasts on my phone for playback while I'm not at home, but I noticed the files are in a MP4 format, which my phone can't read. I don't have an iPod or an iPhone, so I can't keep them as the podcast format. Is there any way I can convert these podcast files to MP3?
