How to convince Verizon Wireless to let me upgrade 1year early?

I've had my iPhone 4 for almost a year now and I have sent it in 2 times already and got it refurbished, both times it was nothing I did, the first(April) The iPhone then again failed me today, it starts overheating after about 10 minutes of use, it then says" iPhone to hot, get out of sun" I live in the north and it is like 35F/2C, with no sun, it's done this for 3 days and shuts down, the iPhone is very hot too, like you could boil eggs on it, lol, so I'm wondering if I call Verizon and tell them that my iPhone 4 is acting up again, and if I ask to early upgrade to the iPhone 5, will they let me? Or/and can I convince Verizon, like say its nothing but trouble and say that I don't want another iPhone 4, what will they do? Is there anything I can do to upgrade to the iPhone 5, any help will be greatly appreciated!;)

No… Plus the iphone 5 sucks

You can get the iPhone 5 at any time through any wireless company, you just have to pay FULL price for it. This is $649.99 for the 16gb model. If you don't want to pay this amount, you have to wait for your contract to allow you to upgrade (generally after 20 months)

  • Will verizon let you do an early upgrade? My upgrade for verizon comes 11/6/2012 but i was wondering since the iphone 5 is comeing out will verizon let me do a 2 month early upgrade?
  • Will Verizon give me an early upgrade? I have recently gotten into a wreck and lost my phone. My upgrade is in February and I would like an Iphone 4 or 4S. I have been in contract for more than a year. Do you think theywould allow? Possibly even in December?
  • What is the different between full upgrade and early upgrade? So AT&T said I qualify for a early upgrade on my iPhone now but I quality for a full iPhone upgrade in october. What is the difference?
  • Verizon upgrade date? Any way to upgrade early? So today I went to the Verizon store to get the new iPhone 6. It came to 399, and everything was cool. But then, they realized I couldn't upgrade phones until March of 2016, and that if I still wanted the phone, it would come too around 800 dollars. So I was like yeah no thanks, and I left, all bummed out. So I was wondering if there's any way I could get the iPhone but, not for that outrageous price?
