How to delete a photo off of my iPhone 4S? That is not in the Camera Roll?

Ok so I have this photo of my ex boyfriend on my phone that I had put on there from Facebook a while ago. I saved the photo onto my computer from facebook, then i dragged the photo onto my phone while it was connected to itunes. It's not in my camera rool either. I tried to click on the photo but there was no trash icon to delete it. This is what I do: I click on my photos icon. And when you click on that you will see my albums.: Camera Roll, Photo Library, and New Folder. The picture is in New Folder. It is not letting me delete it from my phone. I have my phone connected to itunes now but I don't know what to do now. I don't want to sync the photos because all the photos on the computer is going to go on my phone and i don't want that. Please help me! Oh and excuse my grammar I'm just really annoyed and aggravated.

That's what's bad about having an iPhone you have no control over stuff like that, it doesn't let you delete anything unless you do it through itunes. On android you can just delete pictures one by one whether or not they're on your camera roll, you can even delete songs one by one.
but anyway, depending on how your sync settings are on iTunes. If you have manual sync, just delete the entire "new folder" album off of your iPhone, THEN delete the photo from the "new folder" on your computer (or move it to another folder on your computer that isn't going to go on your phone), then re-sync that "new folder" to your phone.since you deleted the photo from the folder on your computer when it syncs it won't be there.

to delete your album, try to go to the photos tab while you have your phone connected. There you will find the list of albums that are currently synced with your phone, to delete the "new folder" uncheck the new folder and then sync your phone.since it was unchecked, it won't be added to your iPhone.once youve removed the picture, re check the folder and re sync your phone.
