How to delete individual songs from Iphone 4?
I have the iphone 4 and I have about 375 songs on my phone and it's really taking up a lot of storage on my phone. I need more storage on my phone so I need to delete a lot of songs. I look up on the internet on how to delete songs and everyone says swipe left and click the delete button. I swipe left and that doesn't work because the delete button doesn't come up. They also say go to settings and go to music and delete songs off of there but they don't show up on there either. Does anyone know what I can do? Also, does anyone know how I can make more storage other ways?
Simply go the page and delete, no rocket science.
(01)From the Settings control panel, tap "iTunes & App Stores."
-If it is turned on, you will not be able to delete songs from an iPhone.
(02)Turn off iTunes Match. If it's enabled, toggle the switch to "Off."
-You should also go to the Music option in the Settings control panel and toggle the "Show All Music" button to "Off".
-As a precaution, you may also want to turn off or log out of Home Sharing, as this has caused problems for some people when trying to delete music.
(03)Press the button to return to the Home screen. Tap the app to open it.
-If the app is not on your Home screen, you can access it by double-clicking the Home button, then swiping the Recent Apps bar to the right.
Tap the Songs button at the bottom of the screen. This will give you a list of all songs loaded onto your iPhone.
(04)Locate a song you want to remove, then swipe left on the track name. A red Delete button will appear.
When you click the Delete button, the song will be removed.
- Why won't iTunes let me drag individual songs onto my iPhone? I have the new itunes (11) and it won't let drag individual songs onto my iPhone. I tried looking it up on the internet, and one person said "make sure that your iPhone is setup to sync your songs manually instead of syncing only the checked songs/videos." What does that mean? I don't want all of my library on my iphone… Please Help!
- What is the best individual iPhone plan? I'm looking into getting an iPhone. I want an individual plan with unlimited texing and data. I don't really talk on the phone that much so that doesn't really matter but I do text a lot and use the internet. Since I'm on a plan by myself, I don't want to pay too much, so I'm looking for a somewhat reasonable cheap plan, that is able to accommodate my personally needs like unlimited texting and data.
- Iphone will not let me delete individual text messages! Solve please? I have iphone 4s and i do not want to delete the whole convo just certain messages. As in if I sent the same message twice. I go to edit the trash and forward options are greyed out and I can't delete anything. I do not want to delete the entire convo.
- Iphone apps. Individual, or folder? One folder I guess it's called? Like twitter, tumblr, Facebook etc. All in one folder or each Individual on it's own?
