How to delete my payment method on my apple ID?

Normally, apple says you have the "no payment" option when you go modify your payment method but it isn't popping up for me. I can only change the credit card type. It was declined a while ago because I went overboard and now it demands a new payment method before allowing me to update any current app I have or download any others (all free). How can I get rid of this problem? (without throwing my iPhone out the window)

Apple insists on a valid payment method. Supposedly this isn't absolutely necessary, but I've never found a way to remove payment info. And you can't download any apps without payment info, even free apps. Apple uses the billing address of your credit card to determine which App Store to connect to.

I don't think that there may be a way of doing that and in case you wanna have some good security app do install Leo Privacy Guard, and give your iPhone the 2nd ranked app of US
