How to delete old songs on my iPhone?
I got the iPhone 5s a few days ago. I wanted to download the music I already had on my itunes. When I plugged the phone into my computer it started the syncing process. When it was done, I checked my music and not only did it download the music onto my phone, but it downloaded songs that I deleted off my itunes account 3 years ago!
It won't let me delete them off my phone
When I delete them off of my itunes account and sync it onto my phone, the songs are still in my phone and next to them it shows this cloud thing with an arrow pointing down. What should I do?
Ok, here's what you need to do:
1- When you plug in your Iphone, go to the "Music" section.
2- If the "Sync the entire music library", is checked, click on "Sync selected files only".
3- All you have to do now is select the song you want to sync on your phone, and uncheck the ones you don't.
4- After that, hit "Sync". Your problem should be fixed.
- Old iPhone with old sim card? Mum just got a new iPhone, so gave her old one to my sister. My sister did not have an appropriate sized sim card, so they guy at the store cut it down. Mum's new sim card is working, but when we put my sisters in the old phone, it just keeps saying no service. What do we do? Can we use it or not?
- Need to add new songs to iphone without deleting old songs So my old computer crashed and with that i lost all my music that was downloaded to itunes, so i only have those songs saved to my iphone now i just spent $25 on my computer downloading music, but when i went to download it onto my phone it said it didn't match up with this computer and that in order to sync new songs it would delete my entire music library on my phone! I really don't want to lose all my music but i also want my new songs on my phone!
- My iPad and iPhone didn't delete my old songs? Help I'm kinda confused I tried deleting half of the songs but when I do they didn't go anywhere they stayed right there with a small cloud on the side I tried making a iCloud account but it didn't work.
- ITunes won't download all the songs to my iphone 6s after transffering my list of songs from my old macbook to my PC I transferred my list of songs from my old Macbook to my PC with iTunes. For some reason, iTunes won't download ALL the songs to my iPhone 6s from my PC. For example if I want to download a whole album it will only download few songs from that album. Anyone know how to fix this problem? I also noticed how long it takes to download just few songs from my PC to my iphone 6s which is really frustrating.
