How to delete or gain access to my UK hotmail/live account?

It seems my email account has been hacked! When I went to check my emails on my iphone it asked for my email password and then told me it was incorrect! I tried logging on onto a computer and had the same problem. I then entered all of my security information and reset my password but again when I tried logging in with the new password it says that it's incorrect! There's nothing I can see that will help me with this problem on the help website and apparently there's no customer service team I can call! Does anyone know how I can delete the account completely without access? Or if there's a number I can ring to solve the problem/complain? Any help appreciated, I've tried everything!

Well the only way to get help regarding your hotmail account is filling the form, even if you contact with the tech also they will do the same.
Might be possible that you are not filling all the info correctly or if somebody hacked your account then he might have change the information also.
I would suggest you to try to fill the form again.
