How to delete pictures from your iPhone 4S but keep them in your albums?
I need to free up space on my phone. I've worked hard to create albums and would like to keep those. Didn't there used to be a copy/move feature for pictures? I've tried to copy pictures to see if that will work but it won't even let me copy.
Isn't there a solution to this by now?
Cool
- If you delete all your photos on an iphone, does it still save the albums? So i need to delete all my photos because i have way too many but I need the ones on my albums. If i delete them all (using iphoto) would it delete them all on camera roll and keep my albums?
- If I delete my pictures off my iPhone, will it delete my pictures on Dropbox as well? I'm going on a trip overseas and really want to empty out my Camera Roll Pictures off my phone before I leave. I don't own a Macbook so I have to use Dropbox in order to move all my photos to my PC. I really want to empty out my pictures and i'm afraid that I will loose everything on Dropbox if I delete my pictures on my Camera Roll.
- I can't see my pictures on my iPhone but I know they're there but where and how can I get them back? I was seeing if I could turn on my iCloud Photo Library but it said my photos took up 7.32 GB. My photos stopped showing up in my camera roll 2 weeks ago and I had the same amount of pictures but it took up only 6 GB. I took a lot of pictures them checked to see how much space they took up and it said 7.45 GB. I came to the conclusion that my phones saving them I just don't have access to them. Where'd they go? Why can't I access them?
- How to delete the photos off of my iPhone but keep them on my computer? I have roughly 3, 800 photos on my iPhone, is there anyway that when I plug in my phone to my Mac I can put all of these photos or some that I select onto my computer without losing them completely. So I want to keep them on my computer but get them off of my phone. I'd greatly appreciate step by step directions if anyone can help!
