How to delete songs from my iphone without deleting them from itunes match?

In iOS 5 I was able to delete downloaded songs from my phone and they will remain on my phone but I could only stream them via the cloud. But it seems like with iOS 6 doesn't allow me to this. When I delete songs, they are completely unavailable to me to even stream via the cloud.

You don't. It's stuck like that forever

Brake your iphone

After you do a sync with iTunes click on your iPhone and on the "summary tab" click "Sync only checked songs and videos. Then go to the music tab and either manually check each song you want on your phone or create a "play list" with the songs you want. You can also check albums or artists as well. Then re sync your phone.
