How to disable and enable certain people from connecting to my internet?

I have a NetComm NB6Plus4W and on my DHCP Table I see devices connected to my internet, There are some I want to disconnect but reconnect later. E. G. Block someone in the housing using a IPod but only disconnect that device. I see all my PC's on there but later I want to control on enabling and disabling devices e.g. Iphone, Computer etc.

Check out page 91 of http://media.netcomm.com.au/public/assets/pdf_file/0006/46482/NB6-User-Guide.pdf, "access control". You can allow or deny devices connecting via Wi-Fi based on their hardware, or 'mac' address.

Set security in your router if you need to change then you can change the security.
