How to disable Internet access on certain devices?
Sometimes, when my youngest son wants to hog the Internet, he does some setting which restricts the access to Internet for other devices- for example my daughters pc, her iPhone and also my iPad. Which can be so annoying and frankly extremely selfish.
Does anyone know how this works? When he does it, the Internet literally does not work for us and it is very frustrating. I want to know how he does it, and how we can also overcome / prevent it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your son knows the password for your router. Go to the set up page and change the password.don't write it down. Then limit his access
Download the manual for your router, follow the instructions for logging in with a browser. Do this at a time when everyone has access. Go to the admin section and change the admin password. Do not lose the password. It would also be safer if you lock the router in a place he can't get to or he will try a hard reset and can mess it up totally. You could point out to him also that what he is doing is illegal and if your provider knew they would prosecute as he is preventing authorised users from accessing the Internet. They take this VERY seriously.
Yea he must be accessing the router and disabling acces to the other devices. Next time he resets everything, change the password, but beware he may just reset the router and bring it to the default password. If possible lock it up ( closet, bedroom). There are other ways ( block/allow certain ip, change ssid password (there are 2 passwords, ssid and router) address) to block if has access to router, so
I would download the manual and read up on it, just in case. But definitely change router password.
- Wi-Fi works for certain devices? For the past 3 or so days I have not been able to use Wi-Fi on my iPhone 5 in my bedroom. All other devices (laptop(s), vita, family phones) all connect to Wi-Fi as does my iPhone when I'm closer to the router. Why does my iPhone Wi-Fi only work if I'm close to the router? I have had this phone for almost 2 years and I have never had this issue before.
- Why won't Facebook let me move certain photos to certain albums? I want to move certain photos to certain albums and when I click on "edit album" then i hit this arrow button on the picture and when i hit "move to another album" it gave me an option of 2-3 albums to put the picture into. What should I do? The picture i have in the album was from my iPhone that i currently don't have anymore and that's the last picture of it! Please help me! I don't wanna erase the album or any other!
- Unable to connect to iTunes on certain devices? When I try to connect to my iTunes account on my iPod or my PC, it doesn't work. On the PC, it gives me error message 50 and says a network connection can't be established. On the iPod it just says "can't connect to iTunes store". I tried to connect my other iPhone and my iPad to the same account, and they worked fine. I know my internet is working. What's the problem and how do I fix it?
- No Apple devices can access the iTunes or app stores on my home network? This is an odd problem I haven't encountered before. The internet is fully functional, but whenever I try to access iTunes or the app store on my iPad, iPhone, or sister's iPad, it says "can't connect to iTunes store."
