How to disable the pop up 192.168.0.1 from my iphone?

I just got an Iphone at my work and can't log in on it due to the sonic wall we have. I do not have this issue at my pc at work but can't do it with my phone (3G is not available so I have to log in using sonic wall).

it says: "Failed to open the SonicWALL user status window. To get access you will need to ensure that pop-ups are not blocked for 192.168.0.1"

Pop up are already disable, but this keep showing up.

It says "To get access you will need to ensure that pop-ups are NOT blocked for 192.168.0.1"
and since you already disabled the pop up, that keeps showing up.

I know that it's basically impossible to get a virus, but everytime I open the Internet on y iPhone it redirects me to a page saying "claim the new iPhone 5 today, you are the 10000th viewer". I tried clearing my history, cookies, and data and it stil did it. How do I make it stop?

I already tried going into settings > notifications > twitter > and then choosing the kind I want but it's not working.
