How to disable the wireless, but allow the wired?

I need to be able to keep the wired connection to the router on permanently, and be able to turn the router's wireless on and off from my laptop whenever I want (between around 11pm and 1am).

I'm decent at computing and I can get full admin rights on any product in the house.

The router's a PlusNet.
The wireless needs to go off for three Dell Inspiron 1545's and an iPhone 5.
I have an Inspiron 17R SE, and 1545.

The operating systems on the other laptops are XP and Vista. Both of my laptops have Windows 7 Ultimate.

I know it doesn't really matter about the laptop makes, however I thought that I'd include them just incase.

You can set up scheduling in your router to block sites and/or services but not sure if you can automatically turn the wireless off and on.

You could use one of the wired computers to login, disable the Wi-Fi then when finished, login and re-enable the Wi-Fi.
