How to do Google's reverse image search on iPhone?
Hi. How do I do Google's reverse image search on my iPhone? On the computer, you can upload/link an image on Google Images and it will search the Internet for similar looking images/duplicates. On my Android, there was an app called 'Find More Like This' which used Google in this way. Is there an app / way to do this on iOS? I don't see the option for searching by image on Google's mobile site.
Open Google's image search and before typing anything in the search bar, you should notice a camera like option within the search bar when you hover your mouse over it. Right next to it is the icon of a mic, ignore it for the time being because right now, we're only reversing Google image search.
Click on the camera icon and a new small window will open saying "Search By Image" followed by two options below. The first option is to paste image URL, now you can obtain the URL of any image by right clicking on it and selecting 'open in a new tab.'
After opening the image in a new tab, copy its URL and paste it in the Google's image search and press enter.
When you press enter, the results will show you all the images similar, exactly or partially similar to the image you searched for. You can refine your search by entering keywords and or changing the image preferences i.e. Searching for high or low quality images or images that were submitted recently.
The second option in the new window is "upload an image." This feature allows you to upload any image from your computer and look for similar images on the internet. This search will give you the same features as searching for an image with the help of its URL, but the real benefit of this feature is that not many people know how to obtain the exact URL of an image.
So if you are unable to find the URL of an image, then simply download it onto your computer and upload it in Google's image search. The results will be the same and displayed in an order to most recently added images.
Reversing Google's image search has a lot of benefits for the everyday Google user. Firstly, it will help you find the right images that you want to use, and secondly, it will help you finding the right size of images that you looking for.
For instance, if you want a high quality picture, when you have a low quality one, then just Google Reverse Image Search it and you'll find better qualities for it.

No. There aren't any apps for a Google reverse image search and there's no other way of doing it.
I just checked my phone; I thought Opera Mini would work, but it doesn't (even with the full, non-mobile site).
There are image search apps in the App Store, but none that do a reverse search.
EDIT: The only thing that I could find was installing a Tineye bookmarklet. I tried it in both Safari and Opera, but I COULDN'T get it to work. If you'd like to try yourself, see here:

Over two years later and you still can't do it. The closest I've come to is taking the URL of a random other reverse Google image search and frankenstining the picture URL I want to search into it. The process itself works fine, Google just does not let you begin it because the camera icon is missing.
Best of luck to everyone else who stumbles upon this. I'm going to have to type the URL I've saved onto a computer and search it from there. It is a shame that Google can do so much but still constantly fails at delivering a better end user experience.
Typical iPhone garbage.
