If you make it in to a track or file you can upload it to your iTunes and sync it to your iPhone, or you can drag the file from your documents and drag it to your iPhone (when plugged in) to the tab that says computer and should have your iPhone name in it!
Add it to iTunes on your Mac or PC, and then sync it with your iPhone.
