How to downgrade iOS on an iPhone 4s?

I have an iPhone 4s that thinks it's docked all the time, so my sound doesn't work. The only solution is to remove the file that lets the phone act "docked".To do this, I need to jailbreak.

Problem is the phone is on 6.1.3, an unjailbreakable iOS version. I need to go down to 6.1.2 or less to jailbreak. I downloaded the necessary IPSW, but when I option+click restore and select the ipsw, it starts the restore then says i can't do it. Is there another way?

No way bro you are stuck just like me. Just upgrade your iOS 6.1.4 coz the new evasion is coming for iOS 7. Now just wait for new iPhone iOS

You can't.

You can't

You can't sorry

You need to go into DFU mode try that! Or here look at this I typed this for another person who asked a similar question
You don't have to be linked to a developers account according to iclarified's article about how this is working without having to register your UDID with a developer. So you tried to manually install the IPSW on your phone and you never backed up your phone using itunes? If thats the case you should know that always backing your phone up regardless is important step number 1. Just look for older ipsw's that is 6.1.4 or 6.1.3 depending if your on the iphone 4 or 4S or 5 look for them here: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=750 Now that you downloaded this firmware file depending on your phone you need to put your iphone in DFU mode. DFU mode is recovery mode very simply just connect your phone to the computer hold the sleep/wake button and home button for 10 seconds and let go of the sleep/wake button but still holding that home button.here look at this http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034 ok so now thats done all you need to do is itunes will pop up or w/e and say this is in recovery mode. Manually shift or alt press restore and search for that IPSW 6.1.4 or 6.1.3 and click that to install. Thats it you should be downgraded back to your original operating system. A little google is all you need in this world to figure out how to fix something and now you know!

This is not a software problem. Your port is damaged. Lucky it charges.
