How to downgrade my iphone 5 from 6.1.4 to 6.1?

I bought an iphone 5 and it already had IOS 6.1.4 and i weant to downgrade it to 6.1 then jailbreak it

But i don't know how to do this?

with my iphone 4 i would use tiny umbrella then hold shif and click restore in itunes to downgrade the IOS

But with an iphone 5 with 6.1.4 i'm not sure how to do this?

i downloaded the 6.1 firmware, and i've tried holding shift and clicking restore then selecting the 6.1 IPSW but i get this error:
"The iPhone can't be restored. An unknown error occurred (3194)"

How can i downgrade the iphone 5 from 6.1.4 to 6.1
