How to downgrade my iPhone from iOS 8 back to iOS 7?

Originally I had iOS 8.0.2, then I was able to downgrade it to iOS 8.0.1 by using a firmware and to option click restore in the iPhone summary. However, i can't do it with the iOS 7.1.2 firmware, which I diwnloaded from the same webpage. Instead an error popped up, error 3194. Can someone help me.
